NWT Navy Blue Shift Dress. Lined with built in shoulder pads. The lining was sewn in with a decorative needlework technique used to join two pieces of fabric together with an open, decorative stitch pattern, leaving a gap in between. Tag has label in grey cursive writing that looks like Whistles. Was originally sold at Rockmans retailer. Made in Australia.
