HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Shake the bottle to mix the treatment and pigment.
Step 2: Apply to a cotton round or reusable pad and press into skin, avoiding eye area.
Step 3: Allow liquid to dry a few seconds on the face. Use fingertips or kabuki brush to evenly blend in any remaining powder pigment. Apply a second coat as desired.
